Shipping policy

US customers enjoy free ground shipping on all orders. 

For all International orders, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and costs may vary based on your merchandise and shipping destination. 

All international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country, which will be charged to you upon delivery of your order. These costs are in addition to the merchandise price and shipping fees charged at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot calculate these charges prior to your order being placed, and we do not offer compensation to cover these costs. Any applicable fees will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. If the item is not received due to an issue with the destination country’s customs protocols, we cannot provide reimbursement.

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Your order may require additional time to ship during holidays when our business is closed.  

Orders placed on Friday with next day air shipping service will not be delivered until the next business day (Monday).

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact us at support@didi-atelier.com for an update. 

Occasionally, we may be unable to fulfill an order due to an inventory discrepancy, damaged or oversold item. If we are unable to fulfill your order we will contact you by email.

All orders will require a signature upon delivery. 

For security purposes, we will not allow changes to the delivery address on an order.
